RJ Cox Engineering endeavour to ship goods within 48 hours of order placement. If any product ordered is currently out of stock we will notify you within 24 hours of your order being received. We will advise you of the likely delay, and keep you fully informed of the estimated delivery date. Please be advised that non stocked items may incur a 14-16 week lead time.
Please allow the below approximate transit times from the final date of despatch:
2-3 working days for deliveries to NSW, SA, QLD & VIC.
5-7 working days for delivery to TAS & WA.
7-10 working days for delivery to NT.
Our restocking fee is 30% and the goods are to be returned on the customers freight account. A refund or credit less the restocking fee will be processed within 7 Days of the item being returned. Made to Order items are Not Refundable.
All products are covered by a 12 Month Warranty, Excluding Misuse and Abuse. It is the customers responsibility to return the item to R.J. Cox Engineering for assessment. The item will be assessed by our team and repaired or replaced accordingly.
All items are supplied in a knock down form and require assembly when necessary. Assembly or Installation has not been allowed for unless shown separately on quote or invoice.
